All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

UK order shipping is FREE for all orders over £75.00
We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping for all UK orders. Dispatch is via Royal Mail signed for 1st class or 2nd class depending upon item weight. Our distribution centre is located in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, estimated delivery lead time for UK 1st class service is 1 day and UK 2nd class service 2-3 days.
Local Delivery & Collection
Shipping is 100% FREE for all 'local' orders within Northamptonshire, UK. We will contact you via text message with the phone number that you provide at checkout to arrange a convenient delivery time and to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
